CHERYL PENNINGTON

Cheryl Pennington began teaching music in the early '90s and has been exploring musical concepts, theory, and composition her whole life.  Raised in a musical family, she finds herself playing with the likes of jazz, classical, traditional and modern church musicians.  Her credentials include a BAS in Music Business from Dallas Baptist University and Piano Pedagogy studies at the University of North Texas.  Academies, in-services, churches, and over eighty-five area instructors have sought her expertise on pedagogical methods and tools for their musicians and students.  Cheryl has a heart to turn expressed music into the written form so that musical communication may be established.  On her time off she turns her attention to humanitarian efforts and spending time with family and friends.​
